Shipping Policy

We currently ship only across India. Whether you're in a metro city or a quiet town, we bring your outfit straight to your doorstep.

• Shipping Charges: Absolutely free – no hidden fees or extra delivery charges.
• Delivery Timeline: As each outfit is made to order, please allow us 7–14 working days to ship your product. We'll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp every step of the way.
• Courier Partners: We work with reliable courier services to make sure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We work on a made-to-order model, which means we start preparing your outfit only after you place the order. This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create something that truly belongs to you.

Because of this:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order is confirmed.
• We request you to double-check your size and details before placing the order.

Need an Alteration? We’ve Got You Covered.

We understand that small fit issues can happen, and we’re here to help!

• If your outfit needs minor adjustments, just drop us a message.
• Alterations can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• You’ll only need to bear the two-way courier charges for the pickup and delivery.

Note: Alteration requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as each piece is tailor-made. We put our heart into designing and producing every outfit just for you.

In case of a defect, damage during transit, or wrong item sent, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Taxes & Duties

We keep things simple for our Indian customers:

• All product prices displayed include GST and applicable duties.
• No extra tax or hidden charges during checkout.
